PP/PE Compatibilizers for Polyolefin Plastic Modification

E018A is maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene (PP-g-MAH). As an excellent product in the E018 series, it features  a higher grafting rate, lower odor, less residue, and lower VOC. E018T is maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene (PP-g-MAH). As a mature product in the E018 series, it features a high grafting rate, low odor, low residue, and low VOC. E018-VJ is maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene (PP-g-MAH). As an excellent product in the E018 series, it features a high grafting rate, low odor, low residue, and low VOC. FDA-certified, odor testing according to VDA 277 with a minimum rating of 3.0 grade. Through unique stable grafting point treatment technology and black spot control technology, it ensures stable performance of modified materials. With its low addition amount, it improves the processing environment, catering to the needs of environmental protection and export products. 

E018-WG is maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene (PP-g-MAH). As an excellent product in the E018 series, it excels both in terms of grafting ratio and odorlessness. Due to the use of a special polycopolymerization system, E018-WG features a low melting point, high fluidity, and low molecular weight. It is suitable for polypropylene infiltration systems and is currently widely applied in LFT series products.

E018-4 is maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene (PE-g-MAH). With excellent melt flow rate (MFR), it ensures optimal fluidity during processing, making it suitable for high-filled systems. Primarily used in high-flow mineral-filled PE applications such as garden furniture, beach chairs, and tables.

E018-5 is a maleic anhydride-grafted linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE-g-MAH) that excels in both grafting efficiency and odorless properties. It is ideal for LLDPE modification systems, low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) flame-retardant cable compounds, mineral-filled PE, wood-filled PE, and multilayer co-extrusion hot-melt adhesives.

E018-Si is polypropylene grafted silane (PP-g-Si), , which is a new product in recent years. Due to its excellent bonding properties with inorganic materials such as fiberglass and fillers, high grafting rate attainability, and mild odor combined with eco-friendly characteristics, it is widely applied in modified engineering plastics, TPE, photovoltaics, and new energy batteries. At present, there are more applications and attempts in POK, COC, photovoltaic glass panels.

E018-9H is a formulated maleic anhydride-grafted high-density polyethylene (HDPE-g-MAH) composite. Widely used in wood-plastic and bamboo-plastic composites, it offers exceptional compatibility between polyolefin resins and bio-based fibers. As a high-performance compatibilizer, it is also suitable for PE/PA alloy systems and overmolding processes involving TPE and PA-based materials (e.g., glass-fiber-reinforced nylon or PA6 wood-plastic systems). Its key advantages include superior interfacial adhesion, high impact strength, long-term bonding performance, and recyclability, significantly enhancing the mechanical properties and processing stability of composites.
